Jasmine, this hit me deeply that quiet, stubborn fear that wears all the badges of courage and loyalty but still holds you back. The way you named the “villain wound” and the cost of staying out of fear of hurting others feels like you were telling my story, too. The truth about fear whispering in our own voice that’s a masterclass in self-awareness. Thank you for shining light on the parts of bravery that don’t get talked about. This feels like permission to step into my own clarity without guilt. ✨

Thank you for sharing this with me. ✨ It means so much to know the words met you in a place that matters. Naming those quieter, more complex faces of fear is tender work, and I’m honored this gave you language and permission for your own clarity.

This piece was awesome. One part spoke to my soul "Fear that rest equals failure." Society has taught us to fear the peace in rest for hustle culture. We have a lot of unlearning to do.

You’re so right — hustle culture taught us to fear stillness, as if rest erases our worth. But truthfully, rest isn’t the absence of effort. It’s the presence of trust. Honored the words met you where they did.

Jasmine, this was such a powerful read. It struck me deeply. The way you named fear as something that keeps us in places we’ve outgrown, and to speak about choosing yourself without guilt…that hit home. I felt such pride reading it, for you, and also for what it gives to others. Because it’s not just powerful to read-- it’s powerful to witness someone give that kind of permission to themselves and, by extension, to the rest of us. Thank you for sharing this. Truly! 💛✨

Reading this felt like such a full‑circle moment — to know the words landed in a way that offered both reflection and permission means more than I can say. Thank you for holding them (and me) with such care. 💛✨
